Jessica currently serves as Manager of Learning & Development at SCS Global Services, where Jessica previously held positions such as Client Services Manager and Analyst in Food Safety. Jessica also has experience in academic tutoring at the University of California, Berkeley, and has held leadership roles at different organizations such as bridges Multicultural Resource Center and REACH! Asian/Pacific Islander Retention & Recruitment Center. With a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from UC Berkeley, Jessica brings a strong educational background to their diverse work experience.
