Adeel Shafiqullah

Adeel Shafiqullah is the Executive Managing Director and Head of European CLOs at Sculptor Capital Management, a position held since 2015, and previously served as Managing Director and Head of European CLOs. At Sculptor Capital, Adeel leads the Institutional Credit Strategies platform, which focuses on a research-driven investment process across various credit instruments, prioritizing downside protection and active portfolio management. Prior to this role, Adeel was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in Leveraged Finance at PineBridge Investments from 2001 to 2015, and has held positions as an Investment Banking Analyst for M&A at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse and in Restructuring Advisory at Chanin Capital Partners. Adeel holds a BSc in Corporate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
