Jason Mei

Jason Mei has extensive experience in tax counsel and compliance, currently serving as Tax Counsel at Sculptor Capital Management since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jason worked as Associate Director - Associate Tax Counsel at GoldenTree Asset Management from September 2018 to April 2022. Jason's earlier experience includes a position as International Tax Senior at EY and an internship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement. Jason's legal background is supported by a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston University School of Law, complemented by a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
