Kate Pillemer

Kate Pillemer has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Kate is currently serving as the Global Head of Human Capital at Sculptor Capital Management since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Searchlight Capital Partners from April 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they worked at Sculptor Capital Management as the Head of U.S. Human Capital from March 2013 to March 2020. Kate also has experience working at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President - Experienced Hire Recruiter - Investment Management Division from February 2008 to March 2013. Kate started their career as a Recruiting Consultant at HR Partners from 2005 to 2008.

Kate Pillemer holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) degree with a focus on Economics and Marketing from the University of Sydney.
