Justin Braun

Justin Braun is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with over twenty years of experience. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Night Owl Brands since April 2019, Justin has also operated as Owner of Infinital, LLC since January 2018, focusing on helping businesses maximize profits through a hands-on approach. In addition, Justin has held the role of General Manager at Sculpture Hospitality since September 2016, and previously at EJ's Restaurant & Deli, Waterfront Grille, and Boat House Waterfront Dining, where comprehensive management and operational oversight were critical. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at The Westmoor Club. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Johns Hopkins University, with prior studies at the University of Connecticut-Stamford.
