Rob Herold

Rob Herold has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

- From 2017 onwards, they have been working at Scytl, initially as the Director of Operations, then as the Director of Partnerships, and currently as the Director of Business Development.

- Rob also held the role of VP Strategic Alliances at akira systems, which is a Scytl Company, from 2011 to 2017.

- Prior to that, they worked at Elgin Financial Corporation as a Director from 2009 onwards.

- At Fanshawe College, they served as a CRM Project Manager from 2013 to 2015.

- Rob was a Senior Project Consultant at London Health Sciences Centre from 2011 to 2013.

- Rob Herold also held positions at WORLDiscoveries as an Associate Director from 2008 to 2010.

- Rob worked at The University of Western Ontario in various roles, including Associate Director and Director (Acting) of Industry Liaison.

- Rob started their career at National Research Council Canada as an Industrial Technology Advisor from 1995 to 2000.

- In the early stages of their career, they served in different roles at CAMI Automotive Inc., including New Model Coordinator and Area Leader, where they focused on process improvement and production supervision.

Rob Herold obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University, where they studied from 1983 to 1988. Rob further pursued a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management from the same university, studying from 1989 to 1992. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Black Belt in Thinking (BBIT) from ViAGO International Limited in 2020.
