VP Digital Experience at SD Worx

Kim Van Loo's work experience begins in 2006 as a Design Engineer for Jan De Nul. They later worked as a Finite Element Project Engineer for Indurium Engineering Services in 2007. In 2008, they joined Porthus as a PreSales Office Coordinator and then transitioned to Descartes Systems Group, where they held the roles of Team Lead EMEA Mid Market and Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations Manager. In 2012, Kim joined Itineris as a Business Development & Presales Coordinator before moving to SD Worx. At SD Worx, they worked as a Demand Manager and later became a Customer Experience Catalyst, responsible for defining and leading customer experience improvement initiatives. They then held various roles such as Digital Transformation/Intrapreneur & Innovator, Product Strategy Director, Platform Business Leader, and currently holds the position of VP Digital Experience. Their work experience at SD Worx spans from 2012 to the present.

Kim Van Loo has a diverse education history. In 2011-2012, they attended Vlerick Business School for the Young Management Programme. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they studied at Ghent University for a Master of Civil Engineering. They also attended Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', Gent from 2000 to 2004. Kim Van Loo completed their early education at Don Boscocollege Zwijnaarde from 1994 to 2000, focusing on Science-Mathematics. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as a 2 Day Growth Hacking Course from Growth Tribe Academy in 2019, a Service Design Toolbox from the Board of Innovation in 2016, and a PRINCE2 Foundation certification in 2012.
