Pascal Thys

Pascal Thys has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Pascal started their career at Digipolis as a Programmer and Technical Analyst. Pascal then moved on to ERG Transit Systems, where they worked as a Functional Analyst, Teamlead Backoffice Products, Solution Design/International Project Manager, and ultimately as the Chief Solution Design. At Athlon Car Lease, they worked briefly as a Project Manager. Pascal then joined SD Worx, where they held multiple roles including Functional Architect, Solution Architect - Program Manager, and International Demand Manager. Pascal also co-founded ThinkRefocus.com, where they served as a Co-founder and Product Creator. Currently, Pascal is the Head of Portfolio Office & Business Architecture at SD Worx. Pascal'sexperience spans across project management, solution design, international project management, and business architecture.

Pascal Thys holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from HOGENT, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, from 1993 to 1995. Pascal also attended Sint-Jan Berchmanscollege Westmalle from 1990 to 1993. Furthermore, they attended the Gartner IT Leadership Academy at Gartner / CEB in 2016 and 2017, where they specialized in IT leadership.
