John Sandonas

John Sandonas has over 25 years of work experience in the field of technology and project management. John started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Mellon Bank in 1995 and then moved on to become a Systems Analyst at Allegheny Health and Research Foundation (AHERF) in 1997. In 1998, they joined Mastech as a Project Lead before transitioning to Mellon Financial Corporation/Bank of New York Mellon, where they worked as a Technical Manager for 10 years. In this role, John managed a team of senior level professionals and also served as a Project Manager on various projects.

Afterward, John held positions as Vice President, Director of Information Technology at Allegheny Valley Bank, Director of Business Analysis at ServiceLink, and Senior Program/Project Manager at EDMC. In 2016, they became the Vice President of IT/CIO at Century Support Services, LLC before moving to Hiperos as a Software Engineering Manager. Currently, John is working at SDLC Partners, L.P. as the Director of Program/Project Management/Delivery Enablement. John has been with SDLC Partners since 2018 and previously held the role of Manager, Application Development from 2018 to 2020. John's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management and leadership in the technology field.

John Sandonas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Robert Morris University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager and a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. John received these certifications in August 2020 and June 2020 respectively.
