Tanya Ortiz

Tanya Ortiz has a robust background in human resources and workforce management, currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System since October 2022. Previously, from July 2017 to September 2022, Tanya held various roles at Enjoy Technology, Inc., including Workforce Management Analyst and Internal Support Lead, where responsibilities included analyzing compensation policies, managing payroll processes, and creating training materials. Prior experience includes retail management and technical support roles at prominent companies such as Apple and Gap Inc. Tanya holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Science and Technology as well as a degree in Psychology, with a focus on Counseling Psychology, both from National University.
