Matthew Palmer

Matthew Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Matthew began their career at Cohesive Systems in 1994, working in sales until 1998. From there, Palmer co-founded Remote Network Systems in 1998 and served as the VP of Product and Business Development until it was acquired by Pivotal Integration in 2000. In 1999, they founded Invigo and held the position of CEO until the end of 2000. Palmer then worked at Qualys as the Director of Business Development from 2001 to 2002. Matthew moved on to nCircle in 2003, taking on the role of Senior Director of Business Development until July of the same year, when they transitioned to Netscreen Technologies where they worked in business development until April 2004. Palmer then joined Juniper Networks in 2004 and held various roles including Strategy & Corporate Development and Vice President of Enterprise Business Planning and Operations. In 2008, they co-founded Pareto Networks and served as CEO until 2010 when it was acquired by Aerohive Networks. Palmer then became a Board Member at Pareto Networks until 2011. In 2011, they co-founded Wiretap Ventures and worked as the Co-Founder, Co-Inventor & Chief Business Officer until May 2019 when their patent portfolio was acquired by Red Hat. Most recently, Palmer has been working at SDxCentral, first as a Partner from 2012 to September 2017, and then as CEO since September 2017.

Matthew Palmer attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1989 to 1993. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Economics.
