Stephanie Sturgis

Stephanie Sturgis is an experienced education professional with a focus on child development and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Center Director at KinderCare Education since 2020, Stephanie also works as a Trainer and Consultant for ACROSS NH since 2019. Previous roles include School Age Child Care Coordinator and Director of School Age Child Care at Southern District YMCA / Camp Lincoln, Inc. from February 2013 to present, as well as Lead Teacher/Floater at M & C Children's Learning Place from October 2011 to February 2013. Earlier in the career, Stephanie was the Lead Preschool Teacher at Dover Children's Center and Site Director at Great Bay Kids Company. Academically, Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development, both from Southern New Hampshire University.
