Jacqueline Flores is a skilled professional with extensive experience in recruitment, community health navigation, and customer service. Currently serving as a Community Health Navigator and Career Coach at SE Works since June 2021, Jacqueline is responsible for candidate recruitment, community outreach, job coaching, and monitoring employment retention for graduates. Previously, Jacqueline worked as a Recruiter at Pella Corporation, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates and facilitating onboarding processes.
