Noelle Lewis

Noelle Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Noelle currently holds the position of Director, Talent Acquisition and Development at SEA Electric, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, Noelle worked at EVgo, where they held various positions including Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, and HR Generalist/Recruiter from 2013 to 2023. Before joining EVgo, they worked at Crowdsourcing.org in a role related to business operations from 2010 to 2013. Noelle's early career includes a role as SVP, Wealth Management Banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2009 to 2010, and as a Premier Banking professional at Bank of America from 1999 to 2009.

Noelle Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, from Pepperdine University. Noelle also pursued Business Administration and Management studies at The George Washington University. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Tech Recruiter Certification from Recruiting Innovation and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM.
