Andy Bohlander is a Senior Coastal Scientist & Project Manager at Sea Engineering, Inc. They previously worked as State Shoreline Specialist at the University of Hawaii Sea Grant College Program and as GIS Program Manager at the Washington State Department of Transportation. Andy holds a Master's Degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geoscience from PennWest Clarion.
