Jonathan Jerusalmy has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as Resort Director of Food and Beverage at Sea Island Company since February 2012. Throughout the career, Jonathan has held various leadership positions, including Director of Food and Beverage, Director of Culinary for Sea Island outlets, and Culinary Director. Prior roles include Executive Chef at The St. Regis Atlanta, Executive Sous Chef at St. Regis Monarch Beach, and Banquet Chef/Executive Sous Chef at Loews Hotels & Co. Jonathan began the culinary journey as a Fine Dining Chef at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company. Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts from ITMA Tournai, earned between 1992 and 1995.
