Jennifer Altstadt

Jennifer Altstadt has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jennifer served as President and CEO at Sea-Land Chemical Company from January 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at the same company from August to December 2017. From April 2015 to July 2017, they held the position of Sr. VP of Operations and Strategic Planning at Sea-Land Chemical Company.

Jennifer also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Haviland Enterprises, Inc., starting from October 2022. Jennifer was an Advisory Board Member at Northeast Technical Services Co., Inc. (NETSCo) from August 2014 onwards.

Before these roles, Jennifer held the position of President at Libra Industries from April 2013 to January 2015. Jennifer also served as President at Weatherchem Corporation from June 2004 to March 2013.

Jennifer began their career at Nordson Corporation as the Director of Coating and Finishing Systems Business Unit from May 1989 to June 2004.

Jennifer Altstadt has a strong educational background in industrial engineering and leadership. Jennifer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in the years 1985 to 1989. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University between 1991 and 1994.

To further enhance their expertise, Jennifer obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer also holds a certification in Organizational Leadership Specialization. Jennifer obtained this certification from Coursera Course Certificates in September 2016, indicating their commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
