Jérôme Astier

Jérôme Astier has extensive experience in finance and administration, holding key positions in various organizations since 1991. Currently, Jérôme serves as Group Controller at Seabed Geosolutions, where significant reporting enhancements have been made through advanced Excel tools. Previous roles include Senior Finance Manager at CGG, where a new P&L reporting structure was implemented, and Regional Finance Director at Anglo American, where a Management Information System for multiple entities was created. As CFO of M.R.S. Group, integration of newly acquired operations was successfully managed, while earlier experience at GE Healthcare involved establishing financial practices for new divisions and participating in major acquisitions. Jérôme holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from ISG and a Licence in International Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
