Jessica Gaglia

Jessica Gaglia, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for The Seaboard Transport Group in Canada since October 2016. In this role, Jessica develops and implements HR strategies, manages various HR functions, including workers' compensation case management, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. Jessica's prior experience includes serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Bass Pro Shops, where recruitment and onboarding processes were optimized, and as a Human Resources Lead in Ontario, providing support to management on employee relations. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business and Human Resources from Ryerson University.
