Rikke Hitscher

Rikke Hitscher is the Head of People & Culture at Seaborg Technologies. Rikke has over fifteen years of experience in administration and management.

Rikke began their career as a secretary at Kommunekemi A/S in 1998. Rikke then became a sales secretary at Aldi Marked KS in 1999. In 2002, Rikke took on the role of service coordinator at Stema Engineering A/S. The following year, they became an area sales manager at Frederiksværk Åleeksport.

In 2006, Rikke became a management assistant at Cowi. Rikke held this position until 2016 when they took on their current role at Seaborg Technologies.

Rikke Hitscher has a bachelors degree from copenhagen business school.
