Jen Martin

Jen Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the cruise and expedition industry. Jen currently holds the position of Director of Product Development, Expeditions at Seabourn Cruise Line since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Lindblad Expeditions from 2008 to 2021, starting as an Expedition Leader and eventually becoming the Director of Field Staff and Expedition Development. From 2000 to 2008, they worked at Cruise West, first as an Expedition Leader and then as a Field Staff Manager. Jen began their career in 1997 at Princess Tours as a Driver Guide.

Jen Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of New Hampshire.
