Bob Dolber has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits. Bob started their career as a Compensation Analyst at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in 1984. From there, they held various roles in compensation and HR at companies such as Wang, NEC Technologies, and NEC Computer Systems Division. In 1992, they became an HR Manager at PictureTel Corp, where they stayed until 2000. Bob then joined Interactive Data Corp as an HR Operations Manager, and later became the Director of Compensation & Benefits at SeaChange International. In 2012, they joined Avnet as an HR Manager. Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated expertise in HR management and compensation.
Bob Dolber attended Northeastern University from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
