Kirk Stepanian has extensive work experience in customer and technical support operations. Kirk has worked as the Director of Customer Support Operations at Verint-Systems since December 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Technical Support Operations at SeaChange International starting in August 2017. Kirk also has a long history with Progress Software, where they held various roles such as Senior Manager of Global Business Intelligence, Senior Manager of Global Customer Support Infrastructure & Operations, and Senior Technical Support Manager from 2002 to 2017. Before joining Progress Software, they worked at EXCELON CORPORATION as a CRM Manager and Senior Technical Support Engineer from 1996 to 2002.

Kirk Stepanian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University, which they attended from 1983 to 1988. Kirk also obtained certifications in Tableau Desktop 9 from Tableau Software and Customer Experience Management from the Customer Relationship Management Institute in 2016 and 2015, respectively.
