Marion Campbell

Marion Campbell began their work experience in 2008 as a Senior Sales Advisor/Sunday Manager at Aurora Fashions Ltd, where they were responsible for managing staff, processing paperwork, and meeting store targets. In 2014, they worked as an intern at Blas Ltd, gaining experience in finance, business, and attention to detail. Since 2014, Marion has been employed at Seadrill, starting as an HR Graduate and working their way up to various HR roles, including Head of Talent, HR Business Partner, HR Manager - Operations, and HR Manager - Talent Management.
