Alain Filiault

Alain Filiault has extensive experience in the construction industry, holding various senior-level positions. Alain is currently serving as the Vice President of the Residential Division at Seagate Development Group since January 2021. Prior to this, from 2019 to January 2021, Alain worked as the Business Development/Project Manager at Houchin Construction, Inc.

Alain's career began in 1993 at Toll Brothers, Inc., where they worked as a Senior Project Manager for over a decade. During their time at Toll Brothers, they were responsible for coordinating various project aspects such as land acquisition, site development, sales/marketing, budgeting, construction, and customer service.

In 2004, Alain joined London Bay Homes as a Senior Project Manager. Alain managed multiple communities within the Neighborhood Division, overseeing the hiring, training, and leadership of construction staff.
