Kim Ackley

Kim Ackley has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Kim'smost recent position was as the VP of Finance and Accounting at Seagate Development Group, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Stock Development as the Director of Financial Reporting from March 2018 to March 2023. Kim also served as a Project Controller at Kitson & Partners from August 2017 to March 2018 and as a Conversion Assistant Controller at Lennar from February 2017 to August 2017. Kim's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Controller at WCI Communities from March 2005 to February 2017 and as a Controller at VINEYARDS DEVELOPMENT, INCORPORATED from November 2002 to April 2005.

From 1986 to 1990, Kim Ackley attended Iowa State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting.
