Brian McCord

Brian McCord, MPA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Sr Global Human Resources Business Partner at Seagate Technology, having previously worked as an Employee Relations Consultant at Adobe, supporting over 3,000 employees in HR policy and programs. With extensive experience, Brian has held strategic HR roles at Ball Aerospace and Children's National Hospital, overseeing solutions for complex HR issues and compensation needs for thousands of employees. Additional experience includes HR management at the Employers Council and benefits coordination at Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Brian’s educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
