Jeffrey D Nygaard

Jeffrey D. Nygaard is a seasoned executive in global operations and technology, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations and Technology at Seagate Technology since 1994. Nygaard has held several pivotal roles within Seagate, overseeing worldwide operations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and managing diverse aspects of production and supply chain integration. Additionally, Nygaard has contributed to the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand as a Board of Governors member, President, and co-chair of the Trade & Investment Committee. Previous experience includes senior engineering roles at IBM and design engineering at Raytheon. Nygaard holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, alongside education from Harvard Business School.
