The leaders of Seal the Seasons have a variety of backgrounds in business, design, and social entrepreneurship. Many of them have worked in strategy and operations consulting, investment banking, and project management. They also have experience in event planning, sales, and marketing. Furthermore, they have degrees from University of North Carolina, Berkeley, UCLA Extension, Oakland Community College, Watson University, and other notable colleges.
