The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is a non-profit organization established by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) in 1966 with a mandate to build capacities in agricultural and rural development in Southeast Asia. From 2020 to 2025, SEAMEO SEARCA commits to accelerate transformation that elevates the quality of life of agricultural families through sustainable livelihoods and access to modern networks and innovative markets. Carried out in collaboration with key partners and stakeholders, these efforts are intended to contribute to the achievement of the selected United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
