Carol Donnelly is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Data and AI Recruitment at Search 5.0 since December 2022, Carol previously held key positions at Hayward Hawk Technology, including Principal Recruiter and Team Lead for Infrastructure. Prior roles include Lead Sourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions, where Carol recruited for prominent companies such as William Hill and Vodafone UK. Carol began their career in recruitment at Grafton Recruitment and Hays, specializing in IT positions across Northern Ireland, and also provided resourcing support at Ulster Bank.
