Colin Ratcliff

Colin Ratcliff is an experienced professional in optimization engineering and web development, currently serving as Associate Director of Optimization Engineering at Further since March 2022. In this role, Colin leads best-in-class implementations and architecture for diverse client needs. Previously, Colin worked at T-Mobile as an Optimization Engineer, focusing on Adobe Target testing and feature upgrades. Colin also served as a Technical Consultant at Adobe, providing best practice guidance for Adobe Target implementations, and had roles at Holland America Line as both Optimization Engineer and Web Developer, contributing to user experience and testing initiatives. Colin's early experience includes IT and web development roles at True Fabrications and Complete Office Solutions. Colin holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics from Western Washington University, along with certifications from Code Fellows and Code Academy.
