Lex Nappa

Lex Nappa serves as a Research and Practice Associate at Search Institute, focusing on applied research in positive youth development and enhancing educator-student relationships. Previous roles include Research Project Manager and Associate Researcher at Harvard University, where Lex led and contributed to social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives in schools, and Senior Research Coordinator at Tufts University, developing an SEL curriculum for middle school students. Additional experience includes positions as an Executive Function Coach at Beyond BookSmart, School Psychologist at Reading Public Schools, and various research roles at Michigan State University. Lex holds a Master’s and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.
