Pawel Flajszer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different industries. Pawel worked at Search Laboratory as an Apprentice Developer, where they supported and maintained existing applications, responded to support requests, and developed software solutions to meet business requirements. Prior to this, Pawel worked as a Freelance Illustrator, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and providing finished products using a variety of software and drawing equipment. Pawel also worked as a Freelance Photographer, and earlier in their career, they served as a Guest Relations Officer at DoubleTree by Hilton.

Pawel Flajszer completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu in the years 2011 to 2014. In 2019, they attended BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and obtained a Higher National Certificate (HNC) - Level 4 in Software Development. Additionally, in 2020, they obtained a certification in Systems Development Essentials from the same institution.

Pawel Flajszer has also obtained various certifications outside of their formal education. In 2019, they achieved certifications in Software Languages (603/0545/9) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, as well as in Microsoft Technology Associate 98-361: Software Development Fundamentals In C# from Microsoft. Pawel also obtained certifications in Databases DB5: SQL, Databases: DB2 XML Data, Databases: DB3 JSON Data, and Databases: DB4 Relational Algebra from Stanford University, all in January 2019. Furthermore, they achieved a Functional Skills qualification in Mathematics at Level 2 from City & Guilds in July 2019.

In more recent years, Pawel Flajszer acquired additional certifications. In 2019, they completed CS50's Introduction to Computer Science from Harvard University. In 2020, they achieved a certification in Software Languages (603/0545/9) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Finally, in 2023, they obtained certifications in Advanced Learning Algorithms from Stanford Online and CS50's Introduction to Artificial Intelligence with Python from Harvard University.
