Sam Malaca

Sam Malaca is currently working as a Link Builder at SearchEye since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sam was a Training Officer at TDCX from January 2020 to April 2023. With a background in Customer Service and Creative Writing, Sam has experience in training, coaching, and creating training materials for employees. Sam has also worked as a Subject Matter Expert and Client Service Associate at TaskUs, and as a Customer Service Representative at Magic 89.9 FM. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication from Lyceum of the Philippines University.
