Heike Neu

Heike Neu has a diverse range of work experience. Heike has held various senior leadership roles at different companies. Heike'smost recent position was as the VP of Customer Success EMEA at Searchmetrics. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Client & Key Account Management EMEA and the Head of Key Accounts EU (Client Success & Account Management) at the same company. Heike also served as the Team Lead for Key Account Management Europe at Searchmetrics. Before joining Searchmetrics, Heike was a Senior Account Manager at Ve Global. Heike also worked at Yieldr, where they held the roles of Head of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development (Yieldr Air) and Director of Global Supply (Yieldr Ads). Earlier in their career, they worked at Yahoo! Deutschland GmbH as the Head of Media Account Management Germany and Acting Manager Account Management/Manager - Account Management. Heike also gained experience at Air France and Lufthansa GTS Dublin in various client service and operational support roles.

Heike Neu holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English and Education from the University of Mannheim. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from the Central Institute of Mental Health in May 2022 and as a PSM I from Scrum.org in 2017.
