Esnayder Cuartas is an experienced operations manager and director with extensive expertise in event management and catering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Searcys since September 2022, Esnayder is responsible for organizing a variety of prestigious events at Stationers Hall in London. As Director of Casa Sabor, a private catering and event management company established in 2012, Esnayder specializes in Latin American cuisine. From 2009, Esnayder has also been the Production Manager for the Colombiage Festival, promoting Colombian culture in the UK. Previous roles include Events Catering Manager at Party Ingredients and founder of Sabor Ltd, a Nuevo Latino restaurant in Islington. Esnayder holds a BA in Business Studies from London Metropolitan University and completed culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
