Richy Qiao

Richy Qiao is currently the COO at Seashell. Prior to this, they were the Head of Research & Analysis + Crypto Programs, Crypto Intelligence at Coinbase from September 2021 to March 2022. Richy was also a Venture Partner at FBG Capital from October 2018 to September 2021, and an Investor at CRCM Ventures from August 2018 to October 2018. From August 2017 to January 2018, they were a Private Equity Associate (Secondment) at IDG Capital. Richy was also a Senior Associate at Strategy&, part of the PwC network (formerly Booz & Co.) from July 2015 to July 2018, and an Associate Consultant at Novantas from August 2014 to July 2015.

Richy Qiao completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.

Richy Qiao reports to Daryl Hok, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Young-Eun H. - VP of People, Arthur K. - Vice President Legal, and Geoffrey Peddle - VP of Engineering.
