Justine Boon

Justine Boon has extensive work experience in various roles related to people operations, talent management, and resource management. Justine is currently the Director of People at Season Health, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Blue State from 2016 to 2023, where they held roles such as Head of Inclusion and People Operations/Talent Management, Director of People Operations, and Global Resource Manager. Before joining Blue State, Justine worked at armchair as a Project + Creative Resource Manager from 2013 to 2016. Starting in 2012, they also worked as a Freelance Art Buyer for Self until 2014. Justine'searliest work experience was at Oxford University Press, where they worked as a Senior Art Buyer from 2002 to 2012.

Justine Boon completed their undergraduate education at Barnard College from 1998 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree. Justine furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Art Education at Teachers College, Columbia University from 2006 to 2008.
