Tina Mohanty

Tina Mohanty currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Season Health since April 2022, with an extensive background in corporate governance and executive team collaboration. Previously, Tina held the position of General Counsel at Health-E Commerce from March 2020 to April 2022 and served as an advisor at Hazel from August 2019 to August 2021. Tina's earlier roles include Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Head of People/HR at Plated from November 2014 to May 2019 and Corporate, Venture Capital, and Emerging Companies Counsel at Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt from August 2007 to November 2014. Tina holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from New York University.
