Amy C.

Amy C. has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field, beginning with their role as a Career Services Advisor at The Art Institutes in 2014. Amy then moved on to become a Lead Technical Recruiter at Patreon in 2015, followed by a Technical Recruiter role at Lever in 2017. In 2018, they were appointed Director of People & Recruiting at Hipcamp, and in 2020 they took on the role of Head of Global People Operations at Nathan James, where they managed the entire Global People Operations function from end to end. Most recently, they were appointed Head of People and Interim Head of Talent at Seasoned in 2022.

Amy C. holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. Amy also holds an Audio Technology degree from SAE Expression College, with a field of study in Audio Engineering. Amy has also obtained an Audio Technology certification from the SAE Institute.
