Chris spent over 14 years in restaurant operations and leadership roles before transitioning to working with technology that focuses on helping restaurants achieve their goals. During his time in restaurant ops, he was highly involved in implementing and testing new initiatives such as Point-of-sale, Pay-at-table, Inventory Management, and Table Management. After successfully rolling out Nowait at Chili’s, a table management software, he transitioned out of ops to take a role at Nowait focused on Enterprise Customer Success and Strategic Operations working with some of the top restaurant brands in the industry. Chris joined Yelp Inc. as a Director of Sales and Customer success through the acquisition of Nowait. During his tenure at Yelp, he built and developed several teams spanning both Mid-Market and Enterprise segments that were focused on scaling restaurant SaaS and advertising products while overseeing strategic restaurant relationships.
