Sylvia Eichmann has a diverse range of work experience. Sylvia began their career as a waitress at Le Sud restaurant in Sofitel Arroyo, Buenos Aires. Within six months, they were promoted to Hostess at the same restaurant. In February 2017, they transitioned to a receptionist role within the hotel. However, the hotel closed in December 2017. Sylvia Eichmann attended ecole supérieure vatel from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in administradora hotelera. In 2014, they enrolled at Vatel and completed a Master Degree in International Hotel Management from 2014 to 2015. Their field of study during their master's degree was Director de hotelería internacional.
