Connie Bell

Connie Bell is a registered nurse with extensive experience working as a Case Manager at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care since September 2016. Connie has also served as a PM and Weekend Supervisor at Symphony Post Acute Network since September 2002. In addition, Connie currently holds the position of Director of Nursing at Infinity Health Care Management. With a background as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Connie has a solid educational foundation from Ivy Tech Community College and City Colleges of Chicago.
