Payman Eslami

Payman Eslami, PhD, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the maritime and shipping industries. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Seaspan ULC since September 2016, Payman oversees compliance with various industry standards and manages engineering projects. As the Founder and CEO of Soshianest Enterprise Miner since June 2020, Payman leads a team dedicated to innovating shipping market analysis through advanced data solutions. Additional roles include Director at E&I Consulting Inc and prior leadership positions at Dolphin Drilling, where significant contributions to electrical engineering projects were made. Early career experience includes shipbuilding engineering and academic roles as a lecturer. Payman completed a PhD in Industrial Engineering at the University of Ulsan.
