Paul Shacklady

Paul Shacklady is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at Seastrom Manufacturing Co. Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Director of Manufacturing Engineering, Innovation & Technology at Hudson Technologies from January 2014 to June 2022. Prior roles include Plant Manager and Interim Operations Manager at Elkay SSP, as well as Tooling Engineering Manager at Elkay Manufacturing Company, where Paul began as Tool Room Manager. Paul’s career commenced at Toyota South Africa Manufacturing Company as a Tool Maker Apprentice, eventually advancing through various tooling engineering roles. Paul holds an MBA in Engineering Technology from Liberty International University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
