Kathleen O'Mara has a diverse work experience in various roles within the entertainment industry. Kathleen began their career as a Box Office Intern at the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival in 2009, where they focused on taking single ticket orders and providing patron services. In 2010, they worked as an Administrative Intern at Centenary Stage Company, where they handled patron services and sales, as well as house management and work study staff management. From 2012 to 2017, Kathleen served as the Group Sales Coordinator at Paper Mill Playhouse, where they handled inquiries, booked group orders, and assigned seats using ticketing software. Kathleen also collaborated with house management and the box office for group sales, and worked with the Access Manager for groups with special service needs. Kathleen then joined The New 42nd Street, Inc. in 2017 as a Box Office Manager, where they managed the box office operations. In 2019, they became the Manager of Group Sales and Tourism at Blue Man Group, responsible for overseeing group sales and tourism strategies. Most recently, Kathleen O'Mara joined SeatGeek in 2021 as a Seller Support Shift Lead, leading support efforts for sellers.

Kathleen O'Mara attended DeSales University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre, with a focus on Acting and Directing.
