Kristen H. started their work experience in 2012 as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters. In 2013, they interned at 92.5 WXTU/Wired 96.5 and later became an On-Air Personality at WCUR 91.7 FM. Kristen also took on the role of Production Manager at WCUR 91.7 FM from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they worked as a Billing Representative at Montgomery Medical Equipment. In 2016, Kristen interned at Spitfire Studio (Warren Huart) and worked as a Content Writer at Beyond The Stage Magazine. In 2017, they became a Marketing Strategist + Writer at The Moving Company | B2B Growth Agency and a Marketing Manager at MNYK Studios. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Marketing Strategist at SeatGeek starting from January 2022.

Kristen H. obtained their High School Diploma from Perkiomen Valley High School, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Kristen then pursued further education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. Kristen completed their undergraduate studies from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Kristen also obtained additional certifications. In August 2020, they received a certification in Adobe Premiere Pro from Adobe. Prior to that, in November 2017, they obtained a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite.
