Nathaniel Harting

Nathaniel Harting has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nathaniel is currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partners at SeatGeek since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at VF Corporation as the Senior Director of Talent Development from September 2021 to January 2023 and as the Director of Talent Development (Vans) from September 2019 to September 2021. Nathaniel also held HR roles at adidas, including Director of HR Business Partner - Marketing & Business Development from September 2018 to September 2019, and Senior Manager of HR Business Partner from May 2017 to August 2018. Before that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Columbia Sportswear Company from July 2016 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, Nathaniel worked as a Talent Partner at Pixar Animation Studios from October 2011 to July 2016, in Human Resources at Gracenote from September 2009 to October 2011, in Human Resources at Cartridge World North America from January 2008 to August 2009, and as a Recruiter at MMW International from January 2005 to November 2007.

Nathaniel Harting holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Anderson University. In addition, they have obtained certification in Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems in September 2019.
