Rachel Wolf

Rachel Wolf has extensive work experience in financial reporting and accounting. Rachel currently holds the position of Director of Financial Reporting at SeatGeek, starting in June 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at LSI Industries Inc. from November 2019 to May 2022. Rachel also held the role of Director of Finance and Accounting at DuBois Chemicals, Inc. from April 2018 to November 2019. Before joining DuBois Chemicals, they worked as the Director of SEC Reporting at Del Taco Restaurants Inc. from July 2015 to March 2018. Rachel has also held financial reporting and managerial roles at Emulex, Convergys, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they gained valuable experience in assurance and external reporting. Rachel started their career as an Internal Auditor at Sherwin Williams from August 2004 to December 2005.

Rachel then pursued further education and obtained a Masters of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, attending from 2007 to 2009.
